New Metal Gear!? New Bayou Billy!? Wha? Huh?! (Video Game Commercial Parody)

In what could only be described as "a cry for help" from silver-metal-wearing-online-gaming company PlayStation Network during this time of economic crisis....

KONAMI of JAPAN has announced that they are hiring the SOLID SNAKE character (from Hideo Kojima's Metal Gear Series) to be the NEW protagonist of the classic NES Adventures of Bayou Billy franchise....

A representative at KONAMI had this to say while holding a box full of items he recently cleared out from his office. "Maaan...hmmm... these times are tough dude!"

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: EletricalMonkey

This is a remix video of a remixed video. It's video remixing in all it's humorous glory. YouTube member that goes by the name"EletricalMonkey" is a true pro at this sort of craft. He recently uploaded his 50th video and I figured I'd make a small homage to his work with some remixing of my own. By the way... why all the fuss you ask? well, EletricalMonkey was the first YouChew Forum member to constructively comment on one of my experimental videos.

Here are some creative liberties taken with some footage off of "El Vacilon del la Mañana" morning show (LaMega 97.9 FM here in New York - www.elvacilon.com )

These remixes were made all in the sake of comedy.

TECHNIQUE TIP: The first video involves hot wax and the back side of our on-air morning show host Juan Carlos. I tried to capitalize on the yelling caused when the hot wax made contact. The second video is more of a commercial than a traditional "YTP remix video" ... the thing is that... it just happens to include some "YTP remixing" lol (I wanted to try something with the Doritos® brand.)
